When I found Gareth I was looking for movement in my professional and personal life. I wanted to clarify what was achievable for me – what I could solidify for me given the inevitable changes that were approaching me in my life. I found Gareth’s style to be friendly, playful and direct. I appreciated his humour and his ability to let me discover what the best decisions were for me. I came to realise that anything is possible – that I am enough and ready for what I want and that by looking inwards rather than outwards there a very few limits to my dreams.
