What are you here to explore?

Leadership? Something needs to shift... Your coaching? You want to notice more... Your practice? The person doing the supporting needs support too... Your team? There’s a conversation that needs to happen... You don't need to know exactly where to begin, you just sense that you need to begin somewhere.

LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE COACHING

Something needs to shift. You might already know what it is. Or you might simply know something feels different.

EXPLORE COACHING

The person behind the coaching...

Dog Dad. Avid home baker. Mediocre marathon runner. Serious about good conversations. Less serious about myself. For more than 20 years, I've worked around leadership, learning and coaching — alongside people navigating everything from their first management role to the complexity of senior leadership. Today, my work spans executive coaching, coach supervision and mentor coaching. My approach is curious, challenging and deeply human. I won't tell you who to become. I'll help you notice what's happening, question what you've stopped questioning, and create the space to decide what comes next.

Gareth’s coaching was invaluable at a time when I struggled to see past my own narrative. He has a unique ability to help you get out of your own head and view obstacles from entirely new angles. Throughout our sessions, Gareth gave me back the confidence in my potential that I had been missing. For those looking for a coach who is professional yet deeply human, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

When the person doing the supporting needs support too.

Supervision creates space to think about your work, your relationships, what's happening beneath the surface — and what the work may be asking of you.

For coaches and leaders, it's a place to notice what can be difficult to see when you're inside the work.

Bring the client. Bring the relationship. Bring the uncertainty. Bring yourself.

What is your team not talking about?
Every team has two conversations. The one everyone hears — and the one happening beneath the surface. The Team Cohesion Index helps make that second conversation visible. We look at four dimensions → through twelve factors → from two perspectives → to create one meaningful conversation.

4

dimensions of team cohesion: Clarity. Communication. Connection. Collaboration.

12

critical success factors. Looking beyond a single engagement score to explore the dynamics shaping how the team actually works together.

2

perspectives “I” and “We” — exploring the relationship between individual experience and collective team reality.

1

conversation that matters. Not another report to file away. A starting point for the conversation your team may need to have.

Better coaching isn't about doing more.

Mentor coaching gives you somewhere to examine your actual coaching — not the coach you think you are, or the coach you think you should be. Listen differently. Notice patterns. Explore choices. Deepen your understanding of the ICF competencies. And develop greater range in how you coach.

Don't take my word for it. What happens when people have somewhere better to think?

Working together - Different work needs different containers.

What My Dog Taught Me About Love and Loss – and Life

I didn’t expect my dog to become one of my greatest teachers. Certainly not in the messy, chaotic way he lived. And definitely not in the way he left. Simba was an absolute rascal. If his brother was the zen of zen dogs (with one exception: electric scooters), Simba was everything else. Full of life. Full […]

From Dream to Reality: The Unexpected Journey of Writing a Book

If you’d told me a year ago that I’d be holding in my hands my own book, The Ultimate Coaching Handbook: 101 Ways to Support Your Practice, I wouldn’t have believed you. Writing a book had been on my list for years (16+ to be precise), but for a long time, it stayed a background goal […]
