Leadership? Something needs to shift... Your coaching? You want to notice more... Your practice? The person doing the supporting needs support too... Your team? There’s a conversation that needs to happen... You don't need to know exactly where to begin, you just sense that you need to begin somewhere.
Something needs to shift. You might already know what it is. Or you might simply know something feels different.
EXPLORE COACHINGDog Dad. Avid home baker. Mediocre marathon runner. Serious about good conversations. Less serious about myself. For more than 20 years, I've worked around leadership, learning and coaching — alongside people navigating everything from their first management role to the complexity of senior leadership. Today, my work spans executive coaching, coach supervision and mentor coaching. My approach is curious, challenging and deeply human. I won't tell you who to become. I'll help you notice what's happening, question what you've stopped questioning, and create the space to decide what comes next.
Gareth’s coaching was invaluable at a time when I struggled to see past my own narrative. He has a unique ability to help you get out of your own head and view obstacles from entirely new angles. Throughout our sessions, Gareth gave me back the confidence in my potential that I had been missing. For those looking for a coach who is professional yet deeply human, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Supervision creates space to think about your work, your relationships, what's happening beneath the surface — and what the work may be asking of you.
For coaches and leaders, it's a place to notice what can be difficult to see when you're inside the work.
Bring the client. Bring the relationship. Bring the uncertainty. Bring yourself.
EXPLORE SUPERVISION
Mentor coaching gives you somewhere to examine your actual coaching — not the coach you think you are, or the coach you think you should be. Listen differently. Notice patterns. Explore choices. Deepen your understanding of the ICF competencies. And develop greater range in how you coach.
Gareth’s coaching was invaluable at a time when I struggled to see past my own narrative. He has a unique ability to help you get out of your own head and view obstacles from entirely new angles. Throughout our sessions, Gareth gave me back the confidence in my potential that I had been missing.
Gareth has helped me to cultivate new insights into how I am thinking about and approaching my personal and professional relationships and responsibilities. These have helped me to develop my leadership practice in particular. Conversations are sensitively managed, with a healthy amount of supportive challenge! I would thoroughly recommend working with Gareth.
I’ve truly gotten so much out my coaching sessions with Gareth. Either sitting in a chair or a couch; opposite or next to each other; talking, writing, drawing or…just silence; there have been tears and laughter; coffees, cards, and handkerchiefs, but above all, there were always the right questions, at the right time, with the right person.
Gareth is an excellent coach!
I had the pleasure of attending a workshop led by Gareth and I can confidently say it was one of the most inspiring and impactful professional development sessions I’ve experienced.
He brought not only deep expertise in executive coaching, but also an incredible ability to create a space that was engaging, thought-provoking, and practical.
If you’re looking for a coach or speaker who truly moves the needle — both in mindset and skillset he is your guy!
Thank you for bringing your energy, your human centric approach, your insights and disruptive questions! I loved the day of training and so did the team.
Without Gareth, my life and career would have continued just fine. I wasn’t in some existential struggle. I was just curious to learn more about coaching.
I thought I knew what coaching involved- but it involved so much more. Just being around Gareth- his patience, his challenge, his ability to listen… it was next level.
I satisfied my curiosity. And now he’s my go to person whenever I need a moment for self-reflection, motivation (or challenge).
I’ve been coached for years before – or at least what I thought I was coaching. Working with Gareth was totally different. Challenging yet understanding. Provoking yet supportive. I’ve been blown away by how good a listener he is – I genuinely feel like a better version of me with him in my life.
Gareth is confident, calm and collected. Would recommend him without question or hesitation.
Gareth’s coaching style combines a professional, rational approach with a fun and generous personality. He will keep you focused on your goals while not hesitating to challenge your beliefs and self-imposed limitations. And he celebrates your successes – big and small – along with you! I wholeheartedly recommend him as a coach, especially for people needing a boost in assertiveness or making important decisions in life.
Gareth is a warm and open coach who is not afraid of asking challenging questions to help you see things from a new perspective. He brings fun and playfulness to interactions but always shows sensitivity to emotional topics. I never fail to enjoy my sessions with Gareth and really appreciate the way he accompanies my thought process to bring me to some unexpected conclusions.
No matter how smart or successful you think you are in your life, we have to remember that we are human, we are vulnerable, we are allowed to make mistakes both in personal and professional life. We are struggling and we are not alone. The definition of not being alone is Gareth. (more…)
Confidence was never been an issue for me, but maintaining the energy and stamina to keep that confidence at a high during critical times (like the submission of my PhD) was difficult. Having the space and time to really see my world for what it was, what was blocking my energy – and having someone to raise my awareness to this – gave me the clarity and perspective I needed.

I didn’t expect my dog to become one of my greatest teachers. Certainly not in the messy, chaotic way he lived. And definitely not in the way he left. Simba was an absolute rascal. If his brother was the zen of zen dogs (with one exception: electric scooters), Simba was everything else. Full of life. Full […]

In October, I achieved my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential with the ICF, a milestone that reflects not just hours of practice but deep learning, personal growth, and an ever-expanding appreciation for the art of coaching! When I look back, it’s not just the technical skills or competency frameworks that stand out — it’s the subtle, human lessons that […]

If you’d told me a year ago that I’d be holding in my hands my own book, The Ultimate Coaching Handbook: 101 Ways to Support Your Practice, I wouldn’t have believed you. Writing a book had been on my list for years (16+ to be precise), but for a long time, it stayed a background goal […]
