COME IN.
I’m Gareth.
I work with people when something needs looking at.
Sometimes that’s leadership.
Sometimes it’s a team.
Sometimes it’s how someone coaches.
And sometimes something has changed and the old answers don’t quite fit anymore.
We don’t necessarily need to fix it.
We might need to see it differently first.
I didn’t set out to become a coach.
Long before I became a coach, I was already fascinated by what happens between people: what gets in the way, what we don’t say, and what becomes possible when we stop assuming we already know the answer.
Coaching gave me a way into those conversations. Then came training, supervision and working with teams — each adding another perspective rather than replacing the one before it.
More than twenty years into working with people, I’m probably more curious than I was when I started.
I think that’s a good thing.
What matters to me.
I don’t think professionalism requires us to become less human. Quite the opposite.
You don’t have to know.
Curiosity is useful.
Challenge should do something.
Not just sound clever.
Serious work can be playful.
Sometimes that’s how we get closer to it.
People notice the details.
So do I.
FOR THE RECORD.
I’ve been working with people, leadership and learning for more than twenty years.
Today, my work moves between leadership and executive coaching, coaching supervision, mentor coaching, team development and training coaches. Sometimes those worlds overlap. Often, that’s where things get interesting.
I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a qualified coaching supervisor, and I work in English and French, with clients in Brussels and internationally.
But credentials tell you what I’ve trained in.
They don’t tell you what it will be like to work together.
