It's time to take action.

I find that people pleasing is the biggest compromise to personal effectiveness. And I say that as a 'retired people-pleaser'. Coaching with me is an effective method to reduce your inner conflict, find the freedom of your expression and feel comfortable saying YES to what you want.

discovery call

About Me:

Dog Dad. Avid Home Baker. Mediocre Marathon Runner. I'm also the Director of Business Development for Nova Terra Coaching & Consultancy and a fully credentialed coach with the ICF to the PCC level. I'm committed to the ICF ethics and values and wider 'Coach Approach' as a way of being. I'm passionate about promoting the coaching industry as an agent for change - and believe in delivering high quality, presence based dialogue. Wherever you find yourself, together we will move through whatever is holding you back towards whatever you need to propel yourself forward.

I don't know how you do it - but every time you shine a light upon something that was lurking in the dark. I feel better for our time together.

Supervision

In addition to one on one coaching, I also offer Supervision for leaders, coaches and teams.

Leadership and coaching supervision is a collaborative process where one professional is fully present with another, providing support in all aspects of their work. It respects adult learning principles by fostering a reflective, safe, and trusting environment where leaders and coaches can develop their emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and behaviours.

Through mindful, heart-to-heart conversations, supervisors walk alongside leaders, helping them grow in a meaningful way.

Discover Your Own Super-Vision

Mentor Coaching:

I support and empower coaches to support others. Mentor coaching advances the progress of our clients, ourselves and the coaching profession. We discover the quintessential truth when it comes to coaching - that less, really is more. Here's what a survey of coaches said they appreciate in my mentor coaching:

LET'S PARTNER

Mentor Coaching – Groups

Pay As You Go

Group mentor coaching is founded in competency based feedback from an experienced mentor coach AND a group of fellow observers working at the same level as you.

With each session, a different coach will take their place at the table and be observed on their coaching session with feedback targeted at the ICF set of competencies.

You not only benefit from the presence of your mentor, you observe how others show up in their practice.

Group sizes range from three to six coaches. Sessions last 90 minutes with a suggested minimum of five sessions.

SUPPORT YOUR COACHING

Mentor Coaching – One To One

Pay As You Go

Mentor Coaching allows you – the coach – to get competency based feedback from an experienced mentor coach.

It’s where we observe your coaching session/s with feedback targeted at the ICF set of competencies which enhance your presence.

It deepens your skills and performance through an awareness of your abilities that are unused.

A minimum of three of the ten mentoring hours for ICF credentialing must be one-on-one with the mentor coach. Group mentoring may count for a maximum of seven hours.

DEEPEN YOUR PERFORMACE

FAQ: What tools do you use?

Answer: I’m happy to share all my tools out on the floor with you, but not so many that we trip over them. Questions, silence, metaphors and observations are my preferred tools.
